BPW Type Fixed Torque Arm

The BPW Type Trailer Fixed Torque Arm is a rigid suspension linkage used to connect the trailer axle with the suspension structure. Unlike an adjustable arm, its fixed-length construction provides a predetermined connection between the axle and chassis, making it suitable for suspension systems where the installation dimensions are already established.

 

 

  Fixed-Length Design for Consistent Installation

The arm is manufactured to a defined length so that the axle and suspension components remain in the intended relationship after installation. This makes it a straightforward option for trailer assemblies with established suspension geometry.

  Supports Stable Axle Positioning

During road operation, the axle is exposed to braking forces, acceleration forces, and movement caused by uneven surfaces. The torque arm helps control this movement and keeps the axle positioned relative to the suspension system.

We apply protective wrapping around the connection ends and finished surfaces before packing. Depending on the order quantity, the arms can be arranged in cartons, bundled together, or secured on pallets for export transportation.
