Today we shipped a batch of leaf springs to an overseas customer for trailer suspension use.
This specific type of leaf spring is relatively difficult to produce, mainly because it requires strict control in heat treatment, forming precision, and camber consistency. Any small deviation during production can affect load balance and long-term performance, so the manufacturing process needs careful handling.
Before shipment, each unit was inspected for dimension accuracy, surface condition, and basic structural quality to ensure stable performance in real trailer operation.
